A SLAW Consultation offers a 40 mins video session with a senior dispute resolution expert. You’ll discuss your case, and the expert will advise on whether mediation or litigation is best. If mediation is suitable, SLAW will contact the other party for consent and facilitate the process if they agree. This consultation helps you understand your legal options and the best way forward.

Mediation is a confidential and flexible ADR process where a neutral mediator helps parties negotiate a settlement. The key benefits include:

To request a refund, please send an email from your registered email address (the one used during submission) to info@slaw.solutions with the subject line “Refund for Consultation Fee.” The refund will be processed within 45 days of receiving your email.

The Slaw team will reach out to the other party in your case, inviting them to participate in the Slaw Online Mediation Process. We’ll inform them about the benefits of resolving the case through Slaw Online Mediation. This service is free of charge.

If the other party declines to participate, there will be no further costs.
