A SLAW Consultation offers a 40 mins video session with a senior dispute resolution expert. You’ll discuss your case, and the expert will advise on whether mediation or litigation is best. If mediation is suitable, SLAW will contact the other party for consent and facilitate the process if they agree. This consultation helps you understand your legal options and the best way forward.

Mediation is a confidential and flexible ADR process where a neutral mediator helps parties negotiate a settlement. The key benefits include:

  1. Confidentiality: Ensures privacy for all parties involved.

Online mediation is effective for a variety of disputes. Common cases include:

The fee for a 40 mins online session with an experienced legal expert is Rs __- (inclusive of taxes).

If you are dissatisfied with the consultation, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked. To request a refund, please send an email from your registered email address (the one used during submission) to info@slaw.solutions with the subject line “Refund for Consultation Fee.” The refund will be processed within 45 days of receiving your email.

For your legal dispute, the consultation experts will be selected from a distinguished panel that includes:

  1. Lawyers

  2. Former District Court Judges

  3. Senior Mediators & Arbitrators

The Slaw team will reach out to the other party in your case, inviting them to participate in the Slaw Online Mediation Process. We’ll inform them about the benefits of resolving the case through Slaw Online Mediation. This service is free of charge.

If the other party declines to participate, there will be no further costs.

Once both parties agree to participate, we offer a clear and straightforward pricing structure with three packages:
